WHAT IS FAB

Fast Action Basketball (FAB) is a nonprofit 501(c)4 adult basketball league operating in multiple locations in Southern California. Our league offers more than just a venue for basketball; it fosters an inclusive environment where camaraderie, spirited competition, and community thrive.

How many seasons in FAB?  There are three seasons annually:

How many games are there in a season? 

Up to 9-12 games.

Where are the games played? 

At various facilities in LA and OC. Click registration to learn more: Los Angeles and Orange County.

How much is it to join FAB? 

The TEAM fee of $750 is an all-inclusive resort fee that includes 9-12 games + playoffs, ref fees, city mocktails, and sweat.

How much is it to join FAB as a FREE AGENT? 

The FREE AGENT fee is $100 for 9-12 games (includes playoffs and ref fees). The league commissioner will contact you if additional fees/payments are required. Once a free agent is placed on a team, there will be no refunds issued.

When are fees due? 

We are a small business that relies on timely payments in order to offer our players the highest of service. We kindly ask that the entire Team Fee of $750 be submitted before the first game of each season.

Do I have to wear a jersey?

Jerseys are required with a LIGHT and a DARK side and a unique number for every player on the Team. Discounts are provided by ordering jerseys from OC Imprints, please inquire.

How do I register?

STEP 1: Build a team and collect your team members. Decide who will be the Team Captain.

STEP 2: Team Captains, head over to the TEAM REGISTRATION tab located at the top of our homepage. Complete the form for your TEAM. Inform each player on your team to visit the FAB website and register individually to be added to our roster. Don't forget to share your Team Name with your players.

STEP 3: Team Players, head over to the PLAYER REGISTRATION tab at the top of our homepage. Ask your Team Captain for your Team Name, and complete the form individually.

STEP 4: Pay the Team Fee or Free Agent Fee before the 1st game.

STEP 5: Respect our staff. Our organization maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of violence or verbal abuse towards our staff. We take a clear and firm stance against such behavior, with rigorous enforcement, reflecting our commitment to a safe and respectful environment for all. Our staff's well-being and safety are paramount, and any violation of this policy will be met with immediate and appropriate consequences.

What do we get for winning the league? 

FAB designed apparel and sports gear. We are very passionate about our apparel designs and are dedicated to ensuring that our giveaway items will be something you'll proudly flex every day.

What do we get for winning the playoffs? 

FAB designed apparel and gear, and custom Team Tournament Championship Plaque.

What is your refund policy?

Team refunds will not be issued after the first game of the season has been played. However, in special circumstances, refunds may be credited towards the following season.
