TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All players are required to sign a liability waiver (see roster) and players under the age of 18 will be required to have a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian.

• Fast Action Basketball reserves the right to change the dates and/or gym location in the event of gym lockouts or facility changes.

• Fast Action Basketball attempts to provide a competitive level of play for all teams and ability levels, but makes no guarantee to any degree of competition.
